shell construction work in the course of the renovation and expansion of an existing school building.
All shell construction work on the existing building must be carried out as part of the reconstruction and renovation. The demolition trades remove the entire building technology from the building prior to the start of the shell construction work, dismantle all surfaces except for the shell screed, and all interior doors are dismantled. The rear and new construction of the attic floor takes place almost at the same time as the shell construction work. This work rebuilds the old attic in sections, including the top wooden beam ceiling, and disposes of the pollutants present there. Coordination is inevitable with the shell construction work, as a new solid ceiling is to be erected as the top level of the ceiling, as the basis for the new attic in wood-panel construction.
