The subject of the contract is the execution by the Contractor of construction works in the parking lot at the building of the Central Statistical Office at al. Niepodległości 208 in Warsaw related to the construction of a photovoltaic installation. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to:
1) performance of the subject of the contract in accordance with the design documentation,
2) preparation of as-built documentation of the built photovoltaic installation,
3) execution of operating instructions for the built photovoltaic installation, taking into account the scope, frequency and dates of service and maintenance inspections of the built installation,
4) conducting training for 3 employees of the Ordering Party in the field of operation of the built photovoltaic installation.
The subject of the contract is the execution by the Contractor of construction works in the parking lot at the building of the Central Statistical Office at al. Niepodległości 208 in Warsaw related to the construction of a photovoltaic installation. The construction of the installation is associated with the need to make new structures for photovoltaic panels and substructures on the existing solar structure. The construction works will require the reconstruction of the car park surface for new structures supporting photovoltaic panels. The implementation of the subject of the contract includes the installation of photovoltaic panels, cable connector, inverters, connection of the installation with the main switchboard in the CSO building. The contractor will be obliged to install 50 pieces of photovoltaic panels on the existing supporting structure supporting the solar cell battery and install the remaining 60 panels on three new supporting structures located in the CSO car park. The surface of 12 parking spaces, over which photovoltaic cells will be placed, the Contractor will be obliged to replace from the existing paving stones to the "ecogrid", and the foundation will be made as for passenger car traffic. As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to:
