The purpose of this consultation is to take out insurance contracts with optional membership relating to the foresight of agents of the City of Caudry. The new contracts resulting from this consultation will have to take effect on 1 January 2022 at 12:00 a.m. In this context, the agreement will end on 31 December 2027. This consultation is subject to the provisions of Decree No. 2011-1474 of November 08, 2011 and will be awarded after competition, within the framework of the open call for tenders procedure, pursuant to articles L.2124-1, L.2124-2, R.2124-1 to R.2124-2-1° and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Code of Public Order
