Delivery of the access ramp to the container.

The purchased subject of the order should be of high quality, complete, technically efficient, safe, brand new, unused and not exhibited at exhibitions or trade fairs, ready to work and originally packed by the manufacturer without traces of opening, free from material and legal defects, produced not earlier than in the second half of 2022.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of the access ramp to the container.

A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is given in Annex 8 to SWZ. The terms of execution of the subject of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be entered into the Public Procurement Agreement in Chapter 17 of the SWZ.
