The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of municipal waste disposal in the Municipality of Kondratowice in the period from 01.03.2023 to 31.12.2023. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ (which at the same time constitutes Annex 1 to the contract).

The scope of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste from the area of the municipality of Kondratowice and their transport from all residents in the contract period from 01.03.2023 to 31.12.2023 and the transfer of collected waste for management. a detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The estimated amount of municipal waste weight is 1416.96 Mg (based on data from the last 12 months).
