For the next two to four years, the Client is looking for Contractors who:

1. Have demonstrable experience in mediating individual Resources on a temporary basis (hiring) in the field of ICT (in the broad sense of the word) and who, moreover, in terms of organization, knowledge and experience, are demonstrably able to deliver the most suitable and available individual Resources in their field (as described above) in a competent, fast and efficient manner, in accordance with the Resource needs and conditions of the Client;

2. Have access to the best individual Resources in their field (as defined above under point 1) and who are demonstrably able to actively access these Resources in the market;

3. At least meet the suitability requirements that have been appointed and that optimally meet the wishes formulated by the Client in award criteria;

Over 2020 to the end of 2022, an average of 1.8 million euros per year.

From August 2023 for the next 4 years, it is expected that expenditure up to 9 million euros cannot be excluded.
