The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of an operational and office building for the needs of the Imaging and Electronic Reconnaissance Group in Mirosławiec (PKOB 1274). The execution of the order involves access to classified information at the CONFIDENTIAL level. In connection with the above, Contractors applying for the award of a contract pursuant to Article 54(1) and (2) of the Act of 05.08.2010 on the Protection of Classified Information (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 742) are obliged to protect classified information.
