Uniklinik RWTH Aachen is planning to build an interdisciplinary research building. The "Centre for Research on Phase Transitions of Chronic Diseases" (ZPCE) has a gross floor area of approx. 8,600 m2 and is to be built on Cluster Construction Site B in the Campus Melaten university expansion area.
In order to achieve this objective, an application for funding was submitted pursuant to Art. 91b sec. 1 sentence 1 no. 3 of the Basic Law. The building will contain around 4000 m2 of usable space (NF), 40% of which will consist of (wet/special) laboratory space and 60% office space including offices for computational science and bioinformatics. The building will be designed for 206 employees plus students and student assistants.
The project is to be implemented completely as a BIM project, the performance profiles have been adapted accordingly.
The order includes freelance planning services.
The following services are to be awarded:
- Outdoor installations (service phases 1 - 9 according to HOAI § 39 in conjunction with Annex 11).
The required services are based on the HOAI service profiles. The client reserves the right to contract in stages and, if necessary, in sections.
