The Ministry of Transport and Communications wishes to procure consultancy services in the form of a project manager who shall manage the works with the railway reform project. The Project manager shall, during the agreement period be connected to and as a basis, have a permanent full-time workplace in the Railway Section at the Ministry of Transport and Communications. The Project manager shall be responsible for management of the project (both internal and external consultants) and shall be responsible that the project is managed and delivered within stipulated frames with regard to progress and quality.
