5 litre vertical mixer

A 5-litre tarpaulin vertical kneader is to be procured for the EM Group, Solid Propellants and Explosives Group.

The planetary kneader is required for the production of highly viscous propellants and explosives. It thus serves to maintain the competence of mixed technology in the working group on rocket solids and explosives and is intended to replace the aging kneaders in this area, some of which no longer meet the current safety regulations. Another point is the problem of procuring spare parts for the kneaders, which are over 20 years old. The new planet Kneter is thus intended to secure the state of the art in ICT in order to be able to work on future projects.

Project sponsors for the development of fuels and explosives are national and international ministries and offices, public project sponsors as well as the defence and civil industry.
