- Multi-apartment buildings new construction and redevelopment, with associated complementary buildings (e.g. storage room, carport, etc.)
- Premises and associated complementary buildings (e.g. offices, etc.)
- Care properties and associated complementary buildings (e.g. commercial kitchens, business premises, security housing in connection, etc.)
