Traffic control company Fintraffic Oy (the “Customer”) will tender under the Procurement Act for the acquisition of Fintraffic Group's ICT services. The method of acquisition for group companies is described in the Annexes to the call for tender, in particular in the draft agreement.
The acquisition includes the following service areas: user services, Microsoft 365 cloud service management, terminal lifecycle services, endpoint acquisition and leasing financing, as well as other basic information technology services and professional services supporting the above.
The items of the acquisition are more accurately described in the call for tender and its attachments. The acquisition shall be contracted in accordance with the contractual models set out in Annex 5 to the call for tender.
A more detailed description of the current and target state, key contract terms, requirements and reference criteria are set out in Annexes 1 to 6. Offer prices shall be given to Annex 4, Price form.
A 48-month time period is used to calculate the anticipated value of the acquisition.
The Agreement shall enter into force on its signature and shall be in force until further notice. The estimated start date of the contracts is September 2021.
The termination period for contracts is six (6) months for the customer and fourteen (14) months for the supplier. The first possible termination date for both parties is two (2) years from the date of entry into force of the agreement.
Customer must choose one (1) vendor and one (1) deputy vendor based on competition.
The structure of the tender, with its VE numbers, is described in Annex 1 to the call for tender (point 4), which is requested to comply with when the tender is submitted.
