technical fields concerned by the MCO:

COFAS II: distribution and production of electrical energy, emergency power supply, automation, air conditioning, distribution network and pneumatic controls of heavy doors of low and high stations, fire detection and extinguishing system, heavy doors of the high station, anti-intrusion and access control system.

Capco: fire detection and extinguishing system.

The installations consist of special equipment of different brands and manufacturers.

Services concerned: participation in the development of prevention plans, installation visits, systematic annual preventive maintenance, semi-annual and conditional, emergency and deferred corrective maintenance, supply of equipment, spare parts and ingredients necessary for the performance of services, duty of advice, technical assistance and expertise, improvements and engineering studies at the request of GAIA, provision of a detailed report after each intervention, provision of updates to the documentation of any modifications to the facilities related to the performance of the holder, instruction of the operation and maintenance staff of the site during the various preventive maintenance operations and at the end of any modifications of the facilities related to the performance of the holder, synthesis of each equipment to ensure its follow-up in terms of systematic, corrective and conditional preventive maintenance and to plan, program all the operations necessary for its optimal operation but also anticipate budgeting over at least 4 years, participation in the annual summary meeting with summary of the actions carried out during the year in the GAIA premises, Supply and application of the quality plan.
