The subject of the contract is the waste transport service consisting of a dry fraction above scrutiny referred to in CER code 19.12.12, from a biostabilized waste fraction referred to in CER 19.05.01 c.d. ' undercover”, at other disposal and/or recovery facilities located in the territory of the Sicily region.

The service must be carried out by vehicles sufficient to guarantee the transport of a quantity of waste not less than 400 tonnes per day and in any case numerically not less than n. 10 trucks consisting of tractors and semi-trailers of adequate volume (about 90 m 3) equipped with automatic loading and unloading system type “Walking Floor” and n. 4 trucks consisting of tractors and semi-trailers of adequate volume (about 60 m 3) equipped with a watertight tipper tank.

All means, at the date of submission of the offer, must be regularly registered in the competitor's device issued by the national register of environmental managers.
