The city of Hamm (client) is putting out to tender the framework agreement for the cleaning service for the emergency shelter Alfred-Fischer-Halle in Hamm throughout Europe.

The emergency shelter Alfred-Fischer-Halle is designed and furnished for an occupancy of 550 residents.

The scope of services includes in particular:

- Personal presence usually with four people (depending on the degree of occupancy even beyond)

- Cleaning of the emergency shelter including all associated buildings and outdoor facilities in accordance with the cleaning and hygiene plan

- Management and documentation of stocks of cleaning material including timely reporting if stock thresholds are not exceeded

- Participation in service meetings at the facility.
