1. The subject of the order is: "Modernization of the water supply and treatment system in water reservoirs together with the adaptation of the basin and the fountain technology in the Bródno Park".

2. The subject of the contract, in particular the description of the works and the requirements set for them, is described in the project documentation, constituting Annex 5 to the ToR, consisting of:

1) maintenance design for the water basin;

2) detailed design of the water treatment installation in the tank - sanitary industry;

3) ventilation project with heating - sanitary industry;

4) basin conservation design - electrical installations;

5) building design, construction of a technical building in Bródno Park in Warsaw;

6) detailed design, construction, small architecture - pergola, terraces, field stairs, fountain basin, stage - scope to complete the fountain basin;

7) detailed design sanitary industry water supply and sewage connection to pavilions I and II sewage connection to the fountain stage I - scope to perform water supply and sewage connection to pavilion I with water supplying the fountain and drinkers at the fountain, sewage connections to the fountain;

8) detailed design of the fountain technology;

9) technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works;

10) bills of quantities.

The subject of the order is: "Modernization of the water supply and treatment system in water reservoirs along with the adaptation of the basin and the fountain technology in the Bródno Park". In the scope of the above orders include: works / activities listed below:

a) earthworks and demolition works with removal of debris;

b) reinforcement and concrete works;

c) finishing works;

d) isolation works;

e) sanitary installations works;

f) work in the field of electrical installations;

g) landform works.

The contracting authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract in the manner specified in art. 22 par 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040), referred to in art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843), by the Contractor or subcontractor of persons performing the abovementioned activities during the performance of the contract:

Employer all issues related to the documentation of employment referred to above, the Employer's rights to control compliance by the Contractor with the abovementioned the requirement and sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements, are specified in the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the ToR.

The Employer envisages awarding to the current Contractor, within 3 years of the award of the basic contract, referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the Act, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works in the field of earthworks, reinforcement works, concrete works, sanitary works, electrical works.

10. The value of the contract consisting in the repetition of similar services in relation to the value of the basic contract was set at 30%. The contract will be awarded provided that the Employer will have financial resources under the project.

The contract will be awarded under the terms of the basic contract.
