With the Modular Information System Nature Conservation (MINA), a new, future-proof, scalable WEB application with professional data management for the inter-agency provision and processing of factual and geometry data is to be created. MINA consists of a basic module and several subject modules. The basic module will provide data and functions that are relevant for all or more specialist modules.

The tendered new development includes the creation of the basic module and the first specialist module BioLeb. In addition to programming, software development includes the creation of the necessary documentation, the creation of training material and its implementation, the creation of the test concept, the data migration for the specialist module and the services after acceptance (system and adaptation maintenance for four subsequent years).
