The purpose of this consultation is to establish framework agreements for orders with no minimum amount and maximum amount for the supply of 316 references of spare parts for RATP buses of the BLUEBUS brand. They will be passed for a firm period from their date of signature until December 31, 2024 and then three (3) periods of twelve (12) months tacitly renewable.

The consultation is allocated in 316 lots, each batch corresponding to a reference of spare parts. Each lot is assignable in the form of a Master Agreement with Purchase Orders.

The allocation will be made on a lot-by-lot basis. The amount of a lot is calculated based on a forty-one (41) month forecast volume, multiplied by the unit price. The quantities are estimated and do not bind the RATP.

Each lot will have a maximum amount 30% (thirty percent) higher than the amount calculated on the basis of its projected volume.

The references of spare parts for buses of the BLUEBUS brand requested will exclusively be so-called "manufacturer's equivalent (or second – 2nd – fitted)" parts, i.e. identical in all and third equipment.

The description of the services is available from the attached Business Consultation File (DCE). An allotment form will also be completed by all applicants.

The applicant guarantees the origin and equivalence of the functionalities (material, strength, service life, etc.) of the part supplied with the manufacturer's part (original equipment) and must be able to provide, throughout the duration of the contract and upon request from RATP, the replacement certificates and any other document attesting the equivalence of the objectives quality of the original original original equipment.
