2. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Annex 2 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract (hereinafter the Terms of Reference). Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract are set out in the model contract for the sale of electricity - Annex 3 to the ToR. SIWZ is published on the Awarding Entity's website www.bip.ropczyce.eu.

The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions set out in the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755) and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to this Act in particular with the quality standards of customer service specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6.3.2019 on detailed rules for the setting and calculation of tariffs and settlements in electricity trading (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2019, item 503).
4. Distribution services will be provided on the basis of a separate agreement concluded by the Employer with the relevant Distribution System Operator, ie PGE Dystrybucja SA, Tauron Dystrybucja SA and PKP Energetyka SA
5. Requirements for the Contractor:
The Awarding Entity shall grant the power of attorney selected in the proceedings to:
5.1. notification on behalf of the Employer of the sales contract to the Distribution System Operator in order to implement the concluded electricity sales contract,
5.2. representing the Ordering Party in the process of changing the seller.
6. In Annex 2 to the ToR, distribution parameters (contracted capacity / tariff group) are indicated, which may be subject to change during the term of the contract for the sale of electricity within the tariff groups included in the ToR and valued in the offer form.
7. The volume of electricity given in point 1 is an estimated value based on previous consumption. The Purchaser reserves the right to reduce or increase the total amount of electricity purchased relative to the amount specified in point 1, caused by reduced or increased consumption of electricity in an amount corresponding to the actual demand of the Purchaser regardless of the estimated consumption forecast. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for failure to collect the expected amount of electricity by the Employer. A possible change in the estimated consumption specified in point 1 will not result in additional costs for the Ordering Party, except for the settlement for the amount of electricity actually consumed at the prices specified in the contract. The occurrence of the circumstances in question will result in a corresponding reduction or increase in the remuneration due to the Contractor under the Contract.
8. The quality standards referred to in art. 91 section 2a:
