Acceptance and management of collected green waste and other bio-waste from the area of the Maków Podhalański Commune, in accordance with the current Waste Management Plan of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The collected waste should go directly to the regional installation for the biological treatment of selectively collected green waste and other biodegradable biodegradable waste that meets the requirements set out in specific provisions, i.e. the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste and the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, tasks assigned to the Contractor after their initial analysis by the Employer through the Contractor biodegradable kitchen waste and other biodegradable waste selected in another procedure.
The approximate amount of BIO waste that the Employer envisages to collect from the residents of the Maków Podhalański Commune during the term of the contract with the Contractor will be 180.00 MG.
Acceptance and management of collected green waste and other bio-waste from the area of the Maków Podhalański commune, biodegradable and green waste. Waste CODE 20 01 08, 20 02 01. The listed waste fractions in accordance with the applicable Waste Management Plan of the Lesser Poland Voivodship and the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended ) - art. 9e should go directly to regional installations for the treatment of selectively collected green waste and other bio-waste. The Contractor taking part in the proceedings should fulfill the status of a Regional Installation for the treatment of selectively collected green waste and other bio-waste, in accordance with the Waste Management Plan of the Małopolska Voivodship as at the date of submission of tenders. The waste will be delivered by the Contractor's own cars, currently collecting municipal waste from the Maków Podhalański commune. The contractor will be required to provide the Employer with monthly reports containing information on the amount of waste collected, broken down into individual fractions in a given month at the Ministry of Economy. 2. The estimated amount of waste broken down into individual fractions was prepared on the basis of own analyzes based on previous reporting and own assumptions. The estimated amount of waste for the implementation of the contract over a period of 15 months is: for CODE 20 01 08 Biodegradable kitchen waste - 2.00 MG and for CODE 20 02 01 Biodegradable waste - 178.00 MG. Total around 180.00 MG.
The Purchaser does not guarantee the abovementioned amount of waste during the contract period.
