The Operation includes, as a whole and for each of the RCU projects: - Design-Build services on the carrying out of the studies and works necessary to: - the creation of a central boiler room consisting of biomass boiler(s) and a gas back-up system, including land development and civil engineering works. - The creation of a multi-branch underground heating network to serve subscribers. - The creation of a heat delivery station at each subscriber's home. - Operation and maintenance services, with performance objectives, during which the HOLDER will have to operate and maintain the installations it has built, as well as the supply of energy. The contract consists of a firm tranche, two optional tranches, and a possible additional service.Expected duration of the contract: 114 months (18 months for design/construction, 96 months for operation)
