With this procedure, the city council of Izegem wishes to appoint a construction team for the construction of an event space within a two-stage procedure.

On the basis of this selection guide, it is the client's intention to make a qualitative selection of the candidates as the first step in the procedure.

Candidates will receive, in the second step of the procedure, the detailed award guidelines on which they must draw up a proposal and prepare it into a tender.
