Overhaul of Class 156 bogies required in accordance with Specification: AT/CI0734 Issue 1, Revision A — Class 150, 153 & 156 DMU Bogie Overhaul types BP38,P3-10 & BT38

Initial contract duration to 31.12.2019 covering a requirement of 22 units bogie overhauls

Lot 2

Overhaul of Class 158 bogies required in accordance with Specification: AT/VI0064-S2 Issue 1, Revision A — Class 158 Diesel Multiple Units C4 and C4X Supplementary Overhaul Instruction Scotrail. Job UFS0050

Additional works to be completed during overhaul:-

Modification of axle box sand bracket fixings as per AT-C0-2204225 Issue A — Additional Drilling For Mounting Sander Bogie Bracket Class 158

Brake Callipers overhauled as per Sabre spec EI-131

Initial contract duration to 31.12.2018 covering a requirement of 5 units bogie overhauls

Supplier(s)required to ensure the following documents are applied within the Specification to the current revision:

WOSS612/10 Issue 7 — Wheelset Overhaul

TN/TS0574 Issue 5 — Wheelset Off-Vehicle Repair

CR/CI0567 Issue 4, Revision A — Gmeinder Final Drive Overhaul

TU/TS0075 Issue 3, Revision A — Cardan shaft Overhaul

Suppliers must have access to a suitable facility to complete the work and be accredited to ISO9001:2008 (UKAS approved) along with RISAS for safety critical components including wheelsets.

Bogies will require uplifted and redelivered to Glasgow or Edinburgh depots.
