The City of Copenhagen has an ongoing need for pavilions for temporary school capacity. The purpose of the tendered framework agreement is to ensure that the municipality can quickly cover its needs at a competitive price.

A framework agreement is offered with 3 suppliers. Drawings on the framework agreement are determined partly by a cascade model (for smaller draws) and partly by mini-tenders (for larger draws). Drawings on the framework agreement are specified in a lease agreement, which at the same time regulates the establishment and dismantling of the building and any associated services.
