A refurbishment project for the Secure Psychiatric Hospital (HPS) is currently underway. This project will significantly modify the organization of the CRP site "Les Marronniers".

This involves developing a reception area, common activity spaces and “long stay” and “reintegration” units each with their own additional spaces (activities, administration, care , logistics, visitor reception ...).

The mission includes the demolition of the dilapidated pavilions as well as a coherent redevelopment of the surroundings of the HPH (roads, parking lot, pedestrian paths, lawn, plantations and double peripheral security enclosure).

The team of Project Authors has been designated and covers the following areas:

- architecture,

- stability,

- special techniques,

- PEB,

- Furniture design,

- Signage design,

- acoustic,

- landscape,

- Fire engineering,

- Security engineering.

The health and safety coordinator has also been appointed.

The coordinates of the team of Project Authors and those of the health and safety coordinator will be communicated to you when the contract is awarded.

The estimated cost of the works is 54,000,000 EUR excluding VAT.

The works contract will be divided into several separate lots. The number and specificity of the lots are not yet known at this stage.
