1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled Maintenance and removal of traffic light failures on provincial roads of the Mazowieckie voivodship in the years 2024 – 2026.

3.In the case of indication in the description of the subject of the contract of trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by a particular contractor, the Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions.
In the case of reference in the description of the subject of the contract to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Employer allows solutions equivalent to those described.

5.The Contracting Party shall not allow submission of partial tenders.
6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogs.
7.The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law with a total net value: PLN 1,501,200.00.
A similar contract provides for maintenance services
and removal of failures of traffic lights covered by the subject of the contract, newly created traffic lights on provincial roads and signaling
light on provincial roads, which will be included in the category of provincial roads in the years 2024-2026.
Term of the contract: 3 years from 01.01.2024r.

The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the PZP Act, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate tenders,
It will then make the subject qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been highest assessed in the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions of participation in the proceedings.
In accordance with Article 257 p.z.p., the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of rescinding the procedure in question if the public funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
