5.1. The subject of the contract is the selection of the Contract Engineer to provide a comprehensive service in the field of consulting in the tender procedure for the selection of the Contractor (defined in Part III of the Terms of Reference – provisions of the contract important for the Contracting Authority), including the evaluation and comparison of offers, as well as the provision of supervision and control services for the proper and timely performance of the Contract, which, according to the assumptions of the Contracting Authority, will include the following scope of work of the Contractor or Contractors:

5.1.1. Construction of a gas connection;

5.1.2. Construction of a gas boiler house;

5.1.3. Construction of a CCGT unit;

5.1.4. Construction of gas engine installations

5.3. Special conditions are described in PARTS II and III of the Terms of Reference

5.4. The Contractor should have the appropriate potential and authorization to perform the activity or activities consisting in the performance of works described in Parts II and III of the Terms of Reference.

5.5. Term of the Agreement:

The Contracting Authority envisages concluding a contract for a definite period of time, i.e. for a period of 60 months
