The subject of the contract is the implementation of the municipal waste collection service from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate, on which waste from the city and commune is generated. Kisielice and their development. A detailed description of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the municipal waste collection service from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate, on which waste from the city and commune of Kisielice is generated and their management, includes:

1) selective collection of municipal waste (in accordance with the regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Kisielice commune, Annex 9 to the ToR) in force during the term of the contract) of the following waste fractions:

a) mixed up,

b) paper and cardboard,

c) metals,

d) plastics,

e) multi-material packaging,

f) glass,

g) biodegradable municipal waste, including bio waste,

h) green waste,

i) expired drugs and chemicals,

j) waste batteries and accumulators,

k) waste electrical and electronic equipment,

l) furniture and other bulky waste,

m) construction and demolition waste,

n) used tires.

From all owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate in the city and commune of Kisielice, including owners in accordance with the list of real estate, i.e. in Annex 4 to the contract template;

2) receipt of the above municipal waste from containers / sacks for municipal waste, with a capacity and color set out in the applicable adopted Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Kisielice, with the frequency specified in these regulations and in Annexes 1 and 3 to the contract template for the detailed method and scope of service services in the field of collecting municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate and managing this waste in return for the municipal waste management fee,

3) organization and running a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) in the Kisielice commune from residents of the Kisielice commune,

4) management of collected municipal waste,

5) collection of municipal waste from street bins, municipal bathing areas, common rooms and stops.

2. Expected number of inhabitants served (according to submitted declarations) residing in the Kisielice commune - about 6,400 inhabitants,

3. Expected (estimated) amount of municipal waste generated, which will need to be collected and managed - 2,100 Mg for the duration of the contract.
