Procurement of laundry services including associated services.
The Norwegian Armed Forces is in need of laundry services, sewing services, repair services and maintenance services for various types of equipment, clothing, textiles and similar.
The procurement is divided into seven lots, which are divided into different service groups and based on geographical scope. The contracting authority will enter into one framework agreement with one tenderer per lot.
The estimated total value of the combined lots is NOK 635 million excluding VAT and including the options. The estimated maximum value of the combined lots is NOK 842 million excluding VAT and including options.
The lot concerns service group 1: Laundry services including sewing services and small repairs in the Northern Norway area.
The following services are included in the lot:
- Washing, cleaning, impregnation and other treatment and aftercare of clothing, textiles, commissariat materiel and other materials. This includes various types of workwear, uniforms, bed linens, towels and other types of textiles and materials.
- Sewing services, specialised sewing and small repairs, including repair, adaptation, re-stitching, etc. of uniforms, workwear and other clothing and textiles.
- Handling laundry nets with tight-fitting clothing.
- Handling laundry nets on behalf of allied forces.
- Hire of bed linens, towels, chefs clothes and similar textiles.
- Stockholding
- The service includes all handling of the material, including transport with pick-up and delivery at the contracting authority's various locations.

- Handling laundry nets with tight-fitting clothing.
- Handling laundry nets on behalf of allied forces.
- Hire of bed linens, towels, chefs clothes and similar textiles.
- Stockholding
- The service includes all handling of the material, including transport with pick-up and delivery at the contracting authority's various locations.

- Sewing services, specialised sewing and small repairs, including repair, adaptation, re-stitching, etc. of uniforms, workwear and other clothing and textiles.
- Handling laundry nets with tight-fitting clothing.
- Handling laundry nets on behalf of allied forces.
- Hire of bed linens, towels, chefs clothes and similar textiles.
- Stockholding
- The service includes all handling of the material, including transport with pick-up and delivery at the contracting authority's various locations.

- Repair and maintenance of rucksacks, pockets for combat vests, covers, canvases, nets, bags and similar materials.
- Stockholding
- The service includes all handling of the material, including transport with pick-up and delivery at the contracting authority's various locations.
The contracting authority will have an option for the delivery of shoe repair services.

The lot concerns service group 2: Laundry services including industrial sewing, major repairs and upholstery services in the Southern Norway area.
The following services are included in the lot:
- Washing, cleaning, impregnation and other treatment and finishing of rucksacks, pockets for combat vests, covers, canvases, nets, bags and similar materials.
- Repair and maintenance of rucksacks, pockets for combat vests, covers, canvases, nets, bags and similar materials.
- Stockholding
- The service includes all handling of the material, including transport with pick-up and delivery at the contracting authority's various locations.
The contracting authority will have an option for the delivery of shoe repair services.
