The assignment concerns parallel framework agreements for project management services for construction projects and other projects connected to Undervisningsbygg's activities.

Parallel framework agreements will be signed with 5 to 8 tenderers.

The duration of the framework agreement will initially be 2 years. The contracting authority will have an option to extend the framework agreements for 1 + 1 year. The total maximum length of the framework agreements will thus be up to 4 years.

Based on experience and plans, we estimate that the need for project management will be between 10 and 20 manlabour years a year, i.e., approx. 70 000 000 NOK-140 000 000 NOK for 4 years.

The plan is to sign the contract in may 2020, with start-up of the assignment in September 2020.
