Public design-build contract for energy efficiency reasons, as part of the thermal rehabilitation and interior refurbishment of the Saint-Sever administrative city in Rouen. The operation takes place in a partially occupied site according to a phasing incorporating asbestos removal work. The designer-developer will be responsible in particular for designing and organizing the drawer operations necessary for the realization of the project (number of phases, buffer zones, reception buildings for agents, particularly modular, etc.). The contracting authority has a will to use the BIM from the Design phase for use in operation and maintenance on a dedicated platform chosen by him.
