The subject of the open award procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements with conference venues within the Federal Republic of Germany for hotel services for prevention seminars of BG Verkehr. Due to the nationwide responsibility of the client, the service is to be awarded in 18 lots, broken down by region. The individual lots will be put out to tender one after the other.

The venues for lots 1 – 16 are to be located in the catchment areas of the locations of the respective regional departments and their branch offices. For lots 17 and 18, the venues should also be centrally located and easily accessible for seminar participants who travel to individual seminars from all over Germany. For further details on each lot, see point II.2.4.

The subject of this procedure is Lot 9: The intention is to conclude a framework agreement with conference venues in the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Wuppertal in the postcode areas 40, 44, 45 for hotel services for prevention seminars of the BG Verkehr. Every year, BG Verkehr plans about 20 to 24 seminar events of varying duration in the aforementioned postcode area. A framework agreement with 2 contractors is to be concluded in this region.

The framework agreement will be concluded with a term from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025.

As a carrier of statutory accident insurance, BG Verkehr qualifies the insured of its member companies in basic, continuing education and training seminars lasting one or several days on topics of occupational safety and health protection.

The subject of the open procurement procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements with conference venues within the Federal Republic of Germany via hotel services for prevention seminars of BG Verkehr. In addition to all the resources required to conduct the seminar (seminar room, group work rooms, media equipment, internet connection, catering, etc.), the required accommodation options are to be made available to participants and speakers.

Lot 1: In the catchment area of the branch office in Rostock, BG Verkehr is planning about 13 seminars of varying durations per year in the postal code area 18055 to 18182. In this lot, a framework agreement is to be concluded with 2 clients.

Lot 2: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Hamburg, BG Verkehr is planning about 21 to 28 seminars of varying durations per year in the postal code area 20, 22, 235 to 238, 241 to 246. A framework agreement with 3 contractors is to be concluded in this lot.

Lot 3: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Hanover, BG Verkehr is planning about 15 seminars of varying durations per year in postal code area 29, 210 to 215. A framework agreement with 3 contractors is to be concluded in this lot.

Lot 4: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Hanover, the BG Verkehr is planning about 12 seminars per year with different durations in the postal code area 28, 30, 31, 272 to 273, 494. In this lot, a framework agreement is to be concluded with 2 clients.

Lot 5: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Berlin, BG Verkehr is planning around 31 seminars of varying durations per year in postal code areas 10, 11, 12, 13 and 16. A framework agreement with 3 contractors is to be concluded in this lot.

Lot 6: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Dresden, the BG Verkehr is planning about 16 seminars of varying durations per year in the postal code area 010 - 016, 04, 06. In this lot, a framework agreement is to be concluded with 2 clients.

Lot 7: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Dresden, the BG Verkehr is planning about 16 seminars of varying durations annually in postal code areas 07 and 08. In this lot, a framework agreement is to be concluded with 2 clients.

Lot 8: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Wuppertal, BG Verkehr is planning about 34 seminars of varying durations per year in the postal code area 42, 51, 57, 58. A framework agreement with 3 contractors is to be concluded in this lot.

Lot 10: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Wiesbaden, BG Verkehr is planning about 10 seminars of varying durations per year in the postal code area 55, 56, 67, 651 to 656. In this lot, a framework agreement is to be concluded with 2 clients.

Lot 11: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Wiesbaden, BG Verkehr is planning about 18 seminars of varying durations per year in the postal code area 60, 61, 630-636, 657 to 659. A framework agreement with 3 contractors is to be concluded in this lot.

Lot 12: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Munich, BG Verkehr is planning about 25 seminars of varying durations per year in the postal code area 90 to 92. A framework agreement with 3 contractors is to be concluded in this lot.

Lot 13: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Munich, BG Verkehr is planning about 11 seminars of varying durations per year in the postal code area 80 to 86. In this lot, a framework agreement is to be concluded with 2 clients.

Lot 14: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Tübingen, BG Verkehr is planning about 15 seminars of varying durations per year in the postal code area 70, 71, 74. In this lot, a framework agreement is to be concluded with 2 clients.

Lot 15: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Tübingen, BG Verkehr is planning about 12 seminars of varying durations per year in the postal code area 720 to 722, 75 to 77. In this lot, a framework agreement is to be concluded with 2 clients.

Lot 16: In the catchment area of the Regional Department of Prevention in Tübingen, BG Verkehr is planning about 12 seminars of varying durations per year in the postal code area 723 to 728, 89. In this lot, a framework agreement is to be concluded with 2 clients.

Lot 17: In the centrally located postal code areas 341 to 343, 370 to 372, BG Verkehr plans about 33 to 37 seminars per year with different durations. A framework agreement with 4 contractors is to be concluded in this lot.

Lot 18: In the centrally located postal code areas 360 to 362, BG Verkehr plans about 33 seminars per year with different durations. A framework agreement with 4 contractors is to be concluded in this lot.

Every year, BG Verkehr plans about 20 to 24 seminar events with different durations in the aforementioned postcode area. A framework agreement with 2 contractors is to be concluded in this region.

The framework agreement will be concluded with a term from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025. The contractual relationship thus ends on 31.12.2025 without the need for termination.

The contracting authority reserves the right to make a verifying on-site appointment with the bidders who are in the lead after the performance audit before awarding the contract – presumably in week 30 or 31.
