The city of Illnau-Effretikon is organising a subsidy for the award of planning services (project planning, tendering and realization) for the new multi-purpose plant in Effretikon. Submission is carried out in an open procedure. We are looking for a civil engineering office that is particularly active in timber construction but can also cover the part of solid construction. In addition, the engineering office should also be able to plan part of the environment (planning hard environmental areas/ traffic areas, margins, ambient walls, and drainage with infiltration & sewerage). The civil engineering office is intended to carry out project planning with a high level of structural engineering and organizational expertise and realise the execution of the construction project in a cost- and quality-conscious manner as well as on time. The formation of planning teams from various engineering offices for timber construction, solid construction and the surrounding area is possible.
