Lot 32 Heating technology

-Heat generation: connect to service station

with 4 heating circuit connections

-Heat generation: Sub-central gym new with

3 heating circuit connections, buffer tank and hot water station

-5 mixed heating circuits with electr. controlled high-efficiency pump for HVAC heating coils

-approx. 800 m steel pipeline black DN 10-50

-approx. 190 m heating cables copper pressed DN 15-50

-Insulation mineral wool

-approx. 180m² underfloor heating studded plate

-3 heating circuit manifolds with dynamic flow control

-approx. 390m² swinging underfloor heating with Tichelmann distributor

-Dismantling and reinstallation of approx. 140 tube radiators, thermostatic valves with dyn. Flow control

-approx. 45 new tube radiators installation

Maintenance contract 4 years:

The maintenance is taken into account in the offer valuation for a period of 4 years without the application of a present value factor. A maintenance price that has not been given will result in the exclusion of the offer
