Framework agreement for the supply and installation of sections of district heating networks for the heating network of the Nevers PSD.

The services to be carried out will relate in particular to network design studies (execution studies, flexibility calculation notes, etc.), the construction of trenches, the supply of the constituent elements of the network in pre-insulated tubes (including, the associated equipment), the installation and welding operations of these elements, the sleeve, the tests, the filling of the trenches and the final repairs.

Single-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders for a period of one (1) year, renewable seven times one year (1+1+1+1+1+1+1) for the construction of sections of heating networks for the DSP of the City of Nevers.The work includes network design studies (execution studies, flexibility calculation notes, etc.), the construction of the trench, the supply of the constituent elements of the network in pre-insulated tubes (including associated equipment), the laying and welding operations of these elements, the sleeve, the tests, the backfilling of the trenches and the final repairs. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and for an estimated amount of EUR 4 180 k. It shall not confer exclusivity on the proprietor over the needs of the contracting entity. This lot will be broken down into several tranches:- a firm tranche of work carried out in 2024- optional tranches with a consolidation date, work carried out in 2024- optional tranches relating to connection work not identified to date, carried out as part of the application of a points schedule in 2024.La estimated cumulative length of the sections is approximately 5 km from DN32 to DN300. As an option, the Client may provide certain equipment.
