The purpose of this contract is to specify the terms and conditions of participation in the competitive bidding process for the occupation of the public domain with a view to:

- the establishment and operation of distributors reserved for users of the establishment (patients, visitors, staff).

- the rearrangement of the sales and customer reception part (the transitional phase of the work will have to be carried out within 6 months after the date of notification of the contract),

- the operation of a catering cafeteria likely to provide mainly "fresh" products, hot meals, sandwiches made and made on site, pastries, salads made and made on site, hot and cold drinks,

- the operation of a kiosk capable of offering the press, knick-knacks ... excluding tobacco and cigarettes,

- the operation of the automatic distribution located next to the user-friendly space.

In addition, for the operation of the above-mentioned point of sale, the Jean Perrin Center makes available to the service provider:

- a sales room (the location of which will have to be modified according to the provider's proposal),

- a room for reserve use (the location of which may be modified according to the subjections and projects in progress).

The service provider shall bear all the costs resulting from the operation of the point of sale on newsstands as well as all the necessary administrative declarations, prior to or during the contract.
