The subject of the order includes a comprehensive waste collection and management service
municipal units arising on the territory of the property of the municipality Pszczyna, on which
resident residents and the establishment and operation of the Selective Waste Collection Point
Municipal.
2. For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 1 to the SWZ.
3. The list of inhabited properties affected by the subject of the contract provides
Annex 8 to SWZ.
I. RECEIPT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE FROM INHABITED PROPERTIES
1. The contractor is obliged to collect directly from the property:
1) any quantity collected selectively in containers or bags of waste of the following fractions: paper, glass, plastics together with metals and multi-material packaging waste;
2) any quantity collected selectively in ash waste containers;
3) any quantity of consumed electrical and electronic equipment and furniture and other bulky waste;
4) any quantity of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste collected
in containers;
5) biowaste collected in containers according to the demand reported by the Contracting Authority.
2. Reception of waste referred to in paragraph 1 (1) to (5) shall be carried out in accordance with the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority, with the following frequency:
1) from the site of the settlements of multifamily blocks:
(a) paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste and unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - twice a week;
(b) consumed electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large-sized waste once a week;
(c) biowaste - between 1 April and 31 October - twice
in a week, in the remaining period once a week.
2) from the property built up with a townhouse or multi-family house and single-family properties:
(a) paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste - once every two weeks;
b) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - once every two weeks,
c) furniture and other large waste, used electrical equipment
and electronic - once in half a year;
d) ash - in the period from 1 November to 31 March once every two weeks,
in the month of April, May, September, October once a month,
(e) biowaste - in the period from 1 April to 31 October - once every two weeks, in the remaining period - once every four weeks.
3. The Parties to the Agreement shall agree a timetable for the receipt of waste by 30.06.2022.
II. THE EQUIPMENT OF THE PROPERTY WHERE THE INHABITANTS RESIDE
CONTAINERS AND BAGS INTENDED FOR SELECTIVE WASTE COLLECTION, CONTAINERS FOR ASH COLLECTION, CONTAINERS FOR COLLECTION OF BIOWASTE AND CONTAINERS FOR UNSEGREGATED (MIXED) MUNICIPAL WASTE
1. Equipment indicated by the Municipality of property inhabited in containers and bags for municipal waste according to the following rules:
1) single and multi-family houses, as well as townhouses in containers or bags
in appropriate colours for selectively collected waste and ash containers, biowaste containers and containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;
2) waste collection points in multi-family block settlements into separate containers in appropriate colours for selectively collected waste, biowaste containers and containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;
3) the quantity and capacity of waste collection containers and bags with which the Contractor equips inhabited properties must be adjusted to the number of serviced residents and the resultant schedule of the frequency of their emptying, whereby the equipment with biowaste collection containers includes only 1 container 120 l per property;
4) the minimum quantity and capacity of containers intended for the collection of other municipal waste in the property inhabited where it resides:
(a) not more than 5 persons — 120 l;
b) from 6 to 10 persons — 2 x 120 l or 1 x 240 l;
c) from 11 to 15 people - 3 x 120 l or 1 x 240 l and 1 x 120 l;
(d) over 15 persons — 4 x 120 l or 2 x 240 l or more as required.
5) The Contractor is obliged to adjust the quantity and capacity of containers and bags for collection of waste within 7 days after the declaration in written demand by the Contracting Authority,
