1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of mixed municipal waste, selectively collected and bio-waste from residential and uninhabited real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, as well as waste from PSZOK with a minimum of 1 employee to service it. Equipping property owners / administrators with bags for the selective collection of municipal waste and containers in accordance with the Terms of Reference, as well as making available as part of the contract mobile application free of charge. Estimated amount of waste in 2 years is 15 774 Mg.

2. The deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract 1.1.2020 - 31.12.2021.

3. The Awarding Entity in accordance with the provision of art. 36 aa paragraph 1 and 2 of the PPL act divided the order into lots. The said procedure is treated as task 1, whereas task 2 will be announced in a separate procedure.

The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection and management services from residential real estate and uninhabited real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, i.e.

1) mixed municipal waste, paper, glass, plastics, multi-material packaging, metals, bio-waste, slag and ash from buildings heated with solid fuel as well as furniture and other bulky waste, directly from real estate covered by the contract in question,

2) paper, glass, plastics, multi-material packaging, metals, bio-waste, furniture and other bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, construction and demolition waste, hazardous waste, in particular: expired medicines, chemicals, waste batteries and accumulators, lamps fluorescent and other mercury-containing waste, devices containing freons, used tires, foamed polystyrene, waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes * and textiles and clothing * from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point with a minimum of 1 employee to service during PSZOK business hours throughout the duration of the contract. Note: waste fractions marked with an asterisk (*), the Contractor will be required to collect at the time of adapting the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Radlin to the statutory requirements, in accordance with the provisions of the amended Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities,

3) equipping property owners / administrators with bags for the selective collection of municipal waste and ensuring a stock of 12,000 bags in the City Hall of Radlin, equipping municipal waste collection points in multi-room buildings with containers for the selective collection of municipal waste,

4) making available as part of the contract a free mobile application running on Android, Windows Phone and iOS, for free download by residents of single-family housing (without any limit on the number of installed applications), which will be available throughout the duration of the contract and will have the following functions: a) displaying schedules for the collection of individual waste after selecting the property address,

b) information on the manner of collecting waste (according to the Employer's information) and on the way PSZOK functions,

c) displaying news published by UM Radlin.
