The offered buses must meet the conditions contained in the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2023.1047, as amended), issued on the basis of the above-mentioned Act Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws 2016.2022, as amended), UNECE Regulation No. 107 – uniform provisions for the approval of vehicles of categories M2 and M3 with regard to their general construction (Journal of Laws of the European Union L.2018.52.1 of 23.02.2018), be accompanied by a vehicle type-approval certificate issued in accordance with the provisions in force.
