It is responsible for the execution, signing and notification of the framework agreement. Each member (Support and Party institutions) must monitor the execution of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is concluded with a maximum quantity for all lots. It was passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code.
