The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for consumption points belonging to Aquanet S.A. in the period from November 01, 2023 to December 31, 2025. The order includes the sale of energy for electricity consumption points belonging to Aquanet S.A., collecting electricity (in accordance with Annex 2 to OPZ) and the purchase of electricity generated by the Ordering Party and introduced into the DSO power grid along with commercial balancing. The Ordering Party will purchase electricity in tranches based on forward products or based on the SPOT market in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract. As part of these proceedings, the Contractor will be responsible for commercial balancing, within the meaning of Article 3 point 40 of the Energy Law, described in detail in the draft contract constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ. The estimated electricity demand in the period from 01.11.2023 to 31.12.2025 is 110000 MWh.
