The subject of the contract is a successive, non-cash supply of liquid fuels, in the form of refueling to the tanks of company cars, motor equipment and to canisters in the use of the Contracting Authority for a maximum period of 36 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the estimated the maximum amount of fuel or until the date on which the fuel purchased reaches the gross value of the contract, whichever occurs earlier, in the following aggregate, estimated, maximum quantities:

1) diesel - 375,000 liters,

2) unleaded gasoline 95 - 45,000 liters.

The Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of a minimum of 55% of the estimated volume of the order, understood as the amount of fuel.
