The purpose of this procedure is to hire the UOC to support the organization of graduation events. These are acts that, due to their special characteristics of eventuality, organizational complexity, institutional relevance and symbolic importance as the end point of the student's academic career (in most cases) require human and material resources that he does not have the UOC in staff or inventory and, therefore, the participation of an external agent capable of providing them and coordinating their action is necessary.
