The subject of the order is:

1. preparation of project documentation - Design (construction project and detailed design) including complete design and cost documentation, as well as making all administrative arrangements, with necessary permits and decisions, if required by law to perform the following investment tasks:

1.1. Part 1 - Reconstruction of buildings on the Śmierdzący stream in the Gawłowski forestry to prevent water erosion in mountain areas, including in particular the construction of a ford and the construction of a bridge.

1.2. Part 2 Reconstruction of buildings on the Nickulin stream to the Nickulin forestry in order to prevent water erosion in mountain areas, including in particular: reconstruction of the bridge, reconstruction of the porridge, reconstruction of the anti-stain dam.

2. The subject of the contract is to perform author's supervision until the completion of construction works covered by the design documentation.

The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation - Design (construction project and detailed design) including complete design and cost estimate documentation as well as making all administrative arrangements, with necessary permits and decisions, if required by law for the implementation of the investment task "Reconstruction of buildings on the Śmierdzący stream in the Gawłowski forestry to prevent water erosion in mountainous areas", including in particular the construction of a ford and the construction of a bridge.

As part of the project documentation developed, the following should be carried out:

1. Program and spatial concept

2. Construction and executive design (used, among others, at the stage of preparation of the tender documentation for the execution of construction works to describe the subject of the contract), consisting in accordance with applicable regulations of:

1) Construction project taking into account the specifics of the contract, in particular natural and technical conditions,

2) Detailed design supplementing and detailing the construction design

3. Geotechnical studies together with an opinion, used to assess the geological and morphological conditions of the area and constituting the basis for determining the geotechnical conditions for the foundation of buildings.

4. Hydrological documentation being the basis for dimensioning of hydrotechnical structures.

5. Bill of quantities with calculation and summary of the number of units of the bill of basic works.

6. Investor's cost estimate made on the basis of the bill of quantities prepared with prices resulting from the output data protocol for cost estimation prepared at the stage of implementation of the project documentation.

7. Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works, hereinafter referred to as STWiORB, containing sets of requirements necessary to determine the standard and quality of works performance in terms of the way construction works are performed, the properties of construction products and the assessment of their correctness.

8. Information on safety and health protection (BIOZ) in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 23 June 2003 on information on safety and health protection as well as the health and safety protection plan (Journal of Laws No. 120, item 1126)

9. The implementation of the above-mentioned documentation also includes obtaining all opinions, arrangements, permits and administrative decisions resulting from legal provisions and requirements for tasks co-financed from EU funds:

1) Decision on the environmental conditions for the implementation of the project (together with the opinions / resolutions of the State Poviat Sanitary Inspectorate and the Regional Director for Environmental Protection) or a decision discontinuing the proceedings or opinions regarding the need to obtain a decision on the environmental conditions for the investment;

2) an excerpt from the Local Spatial Development Plan,

3) Decision on building and land development conditions / Decision on establishing public purpose location or refusal to issue a decision,

4) Water law permit decision on the basis of the report prepared for water and legal investigations,

5) Declaration of the body responsible for monitoring Natura 2000 areas,

6) Declaration of the body responsible for water management containing the position of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Wodnej Woda Polskie regarding surface and groundwater bodies;

7) Decision of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection establishing the conditions for carrying out activities pursuant to art. 118 of the Act on nature protection or the position of the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection regarding the notification, pursuant to art. 118 of the Act on nature protection, carrying out activities that may affect soil and water conditions;

8) Derogation decisions for derogations from bans in relation to protected species.
