Accent Housing Ltd is seeking a contractor or contractors to deliver Bathroom Replacement Planned Works in the East, South and Yorkshire Regions of its portfolio.The opportunity will be procured as three seperate Lots with no limit being placed on how many Lots a contractor can bid for or win. The Lots have been split in to the individual regions:• Lot 1 East• Lot 2 South• Lot 3 YorkshireThe successful contractor(s) will have a proven track record of providing these services/works. The initial contract period will be 36 months, with the options to extend based on 2 x 12 month extension periods - subject to performance.The Terms and Conditions of this Contract will stipulate that Accent will only consent to the sub-contracting of any works under this Contract being carried out by a Sub-Contractor which shall be limited to a Sole Trader engaged by the Contractor and approved by Accent.All correspondence regarding this Expression of Interest must be via the In-tend portal
