New housing with day care center, Clemensstraße 33 in Munich - Engineering services Technical equipment Plant groups 4-6.

Engineering services Technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI, service phases 1-3 and 5-9, plant group 4 high-voltage systems, plant group 5 telecommunications and information technology systems and system group 6 conveyor systems for the construction of approx. 58 apartments and a daycare center with 4 crèche groups and 4 kindergarten groups in Munich. The service phases are commissioned in stages.

Stadibau intends to build a new building on the property with the district no. 394/28 and 394/82 to be erected:

New construction of approx. 58 apartments, approx. 5,208 m² GF

New construction of a daycare center of approx. 1,774 m² GF

Construction of an underground car park with approx. 28 car parking spaces

Construction of approx. 127 bicycle parking spaces

The new building is intended to achieve the energy standard of a KfW efficiency house 40 by means of structural and plant engineering measures.

The new building will be connected to the district heating network of the state capital of Munich.

The preliminary ruling for the construction project according to art. 71 BayBo of the state capital of Munich has been received.

The building and interior design services have already been awarded as part of a VGV procedure. All other engineering services are determined in separate VGV procedures.

KG 300: EUR 6,900,000 net

KG 400: EUR 2,600,000 net
