Description:
Road works (on roads and sidewalks) and public interest works of the same nature, on the territory of the City of Liège (4000 - 4020 - 4030 - 4031 - 4032)

This framework agreement:

- has as its object the execution of road works (in roadways and sidewalks) and of works of public interest of the same nature;

- is concluded with several participants (article 43 § 5 of the law of 16.6.2016);

- is concluded for a fixed period of twelve months, starting the day after the notification, to the successful contractors, of the approval of their offer, and tacitly renewable three times, for the same duration, on the anniversary date.

This contract therefore implies that the successful tenderers do not carry out the work all at once, but by divided services on the basis of successive order letters according to the needs of the contracting authority, throughout the duration of the contract.

Execution of road works (on roads and sidewalks) and similar public interest works:

- scraping-laying and maintenance of paving and / or;

- replacement of paving and complete repair of roads and / or sidewalks and PRM and / or development;

- CILE interventions and upgrading or replacement of outlets and traps.
