The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of heat pumps in residential buildings located in the Nowa Sarzyna Commune, which is implemented under the project "Assembly and installation of renewable energy sources on residential buildings in the Nowa Sarzyna Municipality".

1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of heat pumps in residential buildings located in the Nowa Sarzyna Commune, which is implemented as part of the project 'Assembly and installation of renewable energy sources on residential buildings in the Nowa Sarzyna Commune'.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation possessed by the Employer for 50 pieces of heat pumps for domestic hot water and central heating, including:

a) 39 pcs. of domestic hot water heat pumps 3.6 kW

b) 1 pc. heat pumps for central heating and domestic hot water with a capacity of min. 12.6 kW,

c) 3 heat pumps for central heating and domestic hot water with a capacity of min. 13 kW,

d) 1 pc. heat pumps for central heating and domestic hot water with a capacity of min. 14 kW

e) 1 pc. heat pumps for central heating and domestic hot water with a capacity of min. 16 kW,

f) 1 pc. heat pumps for central heating and domestic hot water with a capacity of min. 18 kW

g) 1 pc. heat pumps for central heating and domestic hot water with a capacity of min. 20 kW

h) 3 heat pumps for central heating and domestic hot water with a capacity of min. 22 kW

2) installation of air ducts,

3) connecting the hot water heater (heat pump) to the existing hot water, hot water and DHW circulation systems,

4) assembly of fittings, devices and other elements according to the technological scheme,

5) installation of the control system

6) rinsing and pressure tests of the installation

7) filling the installation

8) starting the installation

9) training users on the principles of the correct operation of made heat pumps for hot utility water and what along with the development of detailed operating instructions and their delivery to users,

10) supplementing and sealing defects after passage of wires, making cold, hot and hot water installation wires necessary for connection with the designed system.

11) other elements included in Annex 1aa to the ToR (pump for hot utility water) and Annex 1ab to the ToR (pump for hot utility water and central heating) and the Draft Contract constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.
