Project management for partial rehabilitation works of the Epicure building.

The elements of missions entrusted to the holder are DIAG, APS, APD, PRO, DCE, ACT, EXE, DET, OPC, AOR.

Renovation work has already been carried out in 2014 in the south wing of the Epicure building (with the exception of the lower ground floor and the ground floor), and in 2019 and 2020 in the north wing. The work of this project management contract therefore concerns the premises that have not yet been renovated, namely the circulation and sanitary facilities on the lower ground floor of the south wing, the full ground floor of the south wing, and the administrative wing.

The work to be carried out within the framework of the operation concerns the energy renovation of the existing building with poor thermal performance, with the aim of reducing energy consumption. In addition, the interior spaces will be occasionally redeveloped to meet the needs of users and rehabilitated.
