This tender concerns the European tender for contracting three (3) suppliers for the supply of ICT hardware (lot 1) and three (3) suppliers for audiovisual (AV) equipment (lot 2). The contracting authority wishes to achieve this goal by means of a European tender according to a public procedure, where the 'tender with the lowest price' is the starting point.
Lot 1 'ICT hardware'In recent years, the contracting authority has purchased the following devices:
- DB PCs 546,
- desktops 1 024,
- laptops 736,
- chromebooks 2 563,
- desktops 727,
- laptops 1 920,
- NUCs 228,
- desktops eighty.
This is only an indication of the decrease in recent years and does not guarantee a decrease for the coming years. The above numbers are therefore only indicative of what has been purchased in recent years.
Lot 2 'audiovisual resources'The expected decrease for PO schools is expected to be nil in the next 48 months (all audiovisual resources for these schools have recently been replaced). The expected decrease for secondary education schools is expected to average 100 screens (55 ”, 65”, 75 ”and 86”) per year.
